When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, mobile number, city, area of interest, and any message you choose to share. If you become a client, we additionally hold policy, investment, and document information needed to service your account.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide advisory and distribution services, service your policies and investments, and send you relevant reminders. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How we store it
Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure with row-level security, so client records are only visible to that client and to Chandra Bhushan Prasad. Documents are stored in a private file store, not publicly accessible.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us what data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of data we are not legally required to retain. Contact us at chandra070269@gmail.com for any such request.
Retention
Lead enquiries are retained only as long as needed to follow up. Client policy and investment records are retained as required by applicable insurance and securities regulations.
